Privacy Policy
Effective Date: February 1, 2026 · Last Updated: February 18, 2026
JustLoansApply.com ("Just Loans," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard information when you visit our website or submit a loan inquiry. Please read it carefully before submitting any personal information.
Part A — Financial Privacy Notice (GLBA & FCRA)
This section applies to nonpublic personal information collected in connection with a loan inquiry or financial product request, as governed by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
What We Do
JustLoansApply.com connects consumers with a network of third-party lenders and lending partners. We are not a direct lender. When you submit a loan inquiry through our website, we collect your personal and financial information and share it with our network to find potential loan offers on your behalf.

| For joint marketing with other financial companies | No | N/A |
GLBA Opt-Out
You have the right to opt out of sharing your nonpublic personal information with nonaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. To exercise this right, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "GLBA Opt-Out" and include your full name and email address used during your application. Please allow up to 30 days to process your request.
Please note: opting out of nonaffiliate marketing sharing does not affect our ability to share your information as required to process your loan inquiry.
Credit Reporting (FCRA)
We may submit your information to consumer reporting agencies for a soft credit inquiry to help match you with appropriate lending offers. A soft inquiry does not affect your credit score. If a lender in our network proceeds to evaluate your application in full, they may perform a hard credit inquiry, which may affect your credit score. You will be notified before any hard inquiry is performed.
